Connector rescue

When the sync breaks,
one person owns the fix.

Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and eBay connected to NetSuite, Business Central, Acumatica, SAP Business One, Odoo, Cin7 or Brightpearl, through Celigo, NetSuite Connector (FarApp), Pipe17 or custom code. We find why orders, stock and payouts stop matching, and fix it with your team. We run these systems every day, so we start from your records.

The five problems merchants describe

From merchants' public reviews of ERP connector apps, read in October 2026. What they say, and what we do first.

Nobody owns the problem

The ERP vendor, the connector and the sales channel each point at the other, and support takes days.

One person traces the record from the channel, through the connector, into the ERP and back.

Stock counts drift and items oversell

Counts stop matching between the store, the marketplaces and the ERP.

We find where counts split: mismatched SKUs, items not set to sync, reserved or in-transit stock counted as available.

Orders go missing, get stuck or arrive twice

Orders sit in an error log, skip the ERP, or post twice, and nobody notices for days.

We trace the failed records and the retry queue, and list which orders need a person.

Payouts and settlements do not match the ERP

Payments, marketplace settlements, fees and refunds land in the ERP wrong or not at all.

We match payouts, fees and refunds to the ERP and list every gap for your finance team.

Setup is hard and the bill keeps growing

Add-ons, per-store fees and partner hours pile up on top of the connector itself.

We review what you pay for and what you actually use before anything new is bought or built.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Connector audit

CA$950 under $1M in yearly sales, CA$3,500 from $1M to $10M, credited to your setup. Above $10M we quote on the call. We review your channels, your connector, your ERP records and the tools you already pay for, and you get a written list of what is broken and why.

  2. Step 2

    Fix it with your team

A fixed fee, quoted after the audit. We work in the connector and ERP you already have; a rebuild comes up only if the audit shows it is needed.

  3. Step 3

    Keep it healthy

An optional monthly run: we watch for sync errors and prepare fixes for your people to approve.

Nothing that touches money or customers changes without your approval, and every step is logged.
